These terms are intended as a clear baseline. If your organization signs an order form, subscription agreement, data processing agreement or other written agreement with Allodia, that signed agreement takes priority where it conflicts with this page.
Scope
Allodia provides a European AI platform for business use. The platform can connect to customer systems, run AI agents, automate workflows and create or edit artifacts such as documents, pages and spreadsheets.
You may use the public website to learn about Allodia, contact us, request a demo, create a trial or access your customer environment.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for making sure users in your organization have appropriate permission to use connected data and systems.
- Use accurate signup, billing and contact information.
- Keep administrator access limited to people who need it.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Trials, subscriptions and payment
Trials are offered for evaluation and may be limited in time, capacity or features. Paid subscriptions, implementation services, self-hosting and enterprise terms are governed by the plan, order form or written agreement that applies to you. Prices may change for future renewal periods with reasonable notice.
Customer data and AI outputs
You keep ownership of your customer data and content. Allodia receives the rights needed to host, process, transmit, analyze and display that data only to provide and improve the service for you.
AI outputs can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, HR, safety or other high-impact decisions.
Allodia is designed for EU-first processing and jurisdiction controls, but your actual setup depends on the providers, integrations and hosting mode enabled for your environment.
Acceptable use
You may not use Allodia or the website in a way that harms the service, other customers, our providers or the public.
- Do not break the law, infringe rights or process data without a valid basis.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another tenant or overload the service.
- Do not upload malware, credentials you are not allowed to use or content intended to abuse integrations.
- Do not use outputs as the sole basis for high-impact decisions without human review.
Availability and support
We aim to provide a reliable service, but the website and platform may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, provider outages or force majeure events. Support levels, uptime commitments and response times apply only when included in your plan or written agreement.
Security, privacy and compliance
Allodia is built with GDPR, tenant isolation and European data residency in mind. Customers remain responsible for configuring access, connected systems, retention and lawful use for their own organization. Where Allodia processes personal data for a customer, the applicable data processing agreement governs that processing.
Intellectual property
Allodia and its software, designs, documentation, trademarks and underlying technology remain Allodia's property or the property of our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or resell the platform except as allowed by law or a written agreement.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access if needed to protect the service, comply with law, address non-payment or stop a serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time; export, deletion and retention are handled according to your plan and agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Allodia is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption or decisions made from unreviewed AI outputs. Any liability cap in a signed agreement takes priority.
Changes
We may update these terms as Allodia develops or as legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable channels.
Governing law
The governing law and venue in your signed agreement apply. If no separate agreement exists, Dutch law applies and disputes are handled by the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
