macOS, Windows, Android, iPhone and iPad share one Rust core, so a feature behaves the same everywhere. The Linux client already runs mail, reading, composing and the calendar; it isn't released yet.

Message bodies download after every sync, so opening mail is instant and everything in your synced window reads with no network at all.

Day, three-day, work-week and week time grids, plus a month grid. Pinch to zoom hours, days, or both at once. The shape you left it in is the shape you come back to.
- Create, open, edit and delete events, with a calendar picker grouped by account
- Read-only calendars are respected, so you are never offered an edit that cannot be saved
- Per-calendar visibility and colours, week numbers, a now line and jump-to-today
- All-day and multi-day events get their own banner, capped with a +N that expands
A real composer, in the window you were already in
New messages, replies, reply-all and forwards in a rich HTML editor. On desktop it replaces the reading pane instead of blacking out your mailbox.
- Editable To, Cc and Bcc, with a From-account picker and an app-wide default
- Attachments both ways: attach files, and open received ones in your usual app
- The original quoted below your reply, so the thread reads in one place
- Click another message mid-draft and it asks first; it never silently loses your text

There is no Allodia server between you and your mail. That isn't a setting you turn on; it is how the app is built.
Your own server, or any provider, anywhere
Allodia Mail & Calendar is a client. It doesn't ask you to move your mailbox onto someone else's servers. It connects to where your mail already lives.

For yourself the app is free. Business is about running mail and calendar for a whole team, with help rolling it out and, in time, AI on top of it without handing your data to anyone.
Moving off Outlook is mostly a people problem, not a technical one. We connect the accounts, carry the settings over, run a short walkthrough for the team and stay close during the first week. So what your colleague notices is mainly that it just works.
Where this actually stands: Personal is real and free today. Download it from any store above. Business is in development and we are looking for the first organisations to build it out with. Anything not shipped is marked Planned, here and in the table below.

What's in each edition
The app itself isn't a tier. Personal and Business both get all of it. What changes is how you run it across an organisation, and what you're allowed to automate.
Microsoft 365 sign-in ships on the macOS, iPhone and iPad apps today; Windows and Android are in progress. Gmail and Google Calendar are in early access while Google reviews our app. New-mail notifications arrive on iPhone, iPad and Android; on macOS and Windows the app syncs in the background while it is running. AI assistant access is a desktop feature and runs on macOS and Windows only. Everything marked Planned is on the roadmap and is not part of what you buy today.
