Allodia Mail & Calendar help
Guides for setting up and using Allodia Mail & Calendar on macOS, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android.
Allodia Mail & Calendar is one app for your mail and your diary, on macOS, Windows, iPhone, iPad and Android. Your mail stays between you and your mail provider — it is not routed through Allodia, and nothing about your messages is sent anywhere to make the app work.
These pages explain how to set the app up and how its features behave. Where a screen differs between platforms, you can switch platforms and the screenshots follow your choice.
What is documented here
Guides cover the parts of the app where knowing what to expect saves you time: connecting an account, what happens when your provider's settings can't be discovered automatically, and giving an AI assistant access to your mail on your own machine.
Every screenshot on these pages is captured from a sample mailbox that ships with the app for the purpose — fictional people, fictional mail — so nothing you see here is anyone's real inbox.
Questions these pages don't answer
For anything specific to your own setup — a provider that behaves oddly, a bug, a feature you would like to see — the community forum at support.allodia.eu is the place to ask. These pages describe how the app works; the forum is where you find out why yours is doing something else.
Privacy
What the app stores, sends and shares is set out in full in the privacy policy. Anything on these pages that seems to contradict it is an error on these pages.
